Our Commitment 

The Purchasing Division manages New Haven's centralized purchasing functions, including issuing purchase orders, maintaining vendor information, printing, supplies, and mail services. It also administers all ITBs, RFPs, RFQs, sole source designations, and cooperative procurement consortium approvals for city agencies.
